12 ounces best-quality milk chocolate, chopped
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon

2/3 cup white sesame seeds
1 3/4 cups whole milk
4 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
