There would be times when you would want to eat chocolate, but you are on a diet. I don’t own this recipe, but I suggest that you try it!
It is a vegan mousse, as it uses tofu. I was reluctant to try it at first, but after trying it out, I began loving it too much, that I had cravings for it for days.
14 ounces silken tofu
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, plus additional for garnish
2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
2 TBS agave nectar
1/2 tsp finely ground French roast or espresso coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
