Stuff it with orange spiced almonds, and you will surely want to get more of it. Oh, and dip it with chocolate. Surely, you’re going to look for it over and over again. I certainly ask you to try eating it, as you would love it.
24 sprouted or regular almonds
2 tsp finely grated orange peel, divided
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
12 Medjool dates

I’ve always been reminded of Hansel and Gretel when I hear gingersnaps, but I don’t think that I should associate it further with that. I mean, it was the cause of their entrapment, isn’t it? I’d much rather think of gingersnaps in a positive light anyway.
Anyway, these gingersnaps are very delicious! With the cranberries on top, it adds more sweetness and flavor on it.
8 small gingersnaps
1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, melted (see Tip)
1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 tablespoon finely chopped dried cranberries
