Ingredients

CRÉMEUX
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
12 ounces best-quality milk chocolate, chopped
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon

SESAME CRÈME ANGLAISE
2/3 cup white sesame seeds
1 3/4 cups whole milk
4 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar

Wow! This is just amazing! I mean, look at this! I’m sure you are drooling now. I actually baked chocolate pots before. Never knew back then that mocha will also do good for this bite. And now that I do, I’ll most certainly try this.
